Terms & Conditions Questions

Inactive accounts remain active. We don't close them automatically, but we may flag them for compliance review. Your balance stays yours. Withdraw anytime by logging back in and requesting a payout through DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS.

We can close accounts for breach of these Terms (e.g. bonus abuse, underage play, fraud). We'll email you with the reason and offer a dispute window. Legitimate fund balances are returned within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Withdrawal limits are set per payment method: DANA, OVO and GoPay capped at Rp 50,000,000 weekly; QRIS at Rp 100,000,000. Limits reset Monday UTC. Reach support if you need a temporary raise for a specific withdrawal.

We investigate disputes within 14 calendar days. If the dispute is valid (unauthorized transaction, duplicate charge, technical error), we refund you immediately. Invalid disputes are closed with a written explanation and escalation path to arbitration.

You're responsible for keeping your password and two-factor authentication secure. If unauthorized activity happens because you shared credentials, you remain liable. Report breaches immediately to [email protected] and we'll freeze the account pending investigation.

We retain transaction records for 7 years for compliance. Personal identifiers are anonymized after 2 years unless you request deletion earlier. Request your data deletion anytime via the Privacy section in Account Settings.

No. Mobile app users, web users and desktop users all agree to the same Terms. Payment flows via app may differ slightly (app push notifications vs email), but account rights and obligations are identical across all platforms.
